Jeremy, if the Times-Pic did indeed say we are not moving any safeties to cb then we will be unloading safeties left and right in the coming weeks. No way we can go into a season with 7 safeties. Smith was the only one people were talking about moving to safety, but he's gotten bigger since he moved to safety and I dunno how much success he'd have at cb. I think he's more suited at safety. Do you have a link for that article?

sorry Jeremy, thought that was you from one of our other "epic battles"
Even whenthe did have to pass, Smith help to solidify a secondary that only one year before has serious sieve-like issues. It'll be painful to see him go, but hopefully we get something for him. |
