Only guy I liked on day 2... Not only does it fill a need for a possession type receiver, I like his upside after watching him play throughout his collegiate career. I can definately see him becoming a Joe Jurevicius type player. Lay could be a system type of guy... Pitt always had a good defense and he's been coached by Wannsedt. Not bad for a couple of 6th rounders.
