Guys who are a little attached to players like Stallworth and Dwight Smith need to be prepared to see these guys traded. Apparently at the mini-camp Payton got a feel for these guys and has determined that they aren't a good fit for us. Stallworth didn't even work out at that mini-camp so it must be something about him that Payton didn't like. Our draft picks reflect that. I don't expect Stallworth or Dwight Smith to be on the team by training camp. I for one like the no-nonsense stance of his.

I believe Stallworth was in Miami driving around in his BENTLEY, with expired license plates, hasseling the local cops with his "I am a friend of the Chief of Police" mantra. How in the hell can you afford a BENTLEY and not have a valid license plate?

What does wanting to keep a good player have to do with being attached ?Try again.

I wonder where we are going to find a safety to replace Smith in the event we do trade him? Thats tough.

"maybe the diffference has to do with the fact that he just got this team and he is tying to send a hard message"

For just taking over a new team Payton is doing what Haz couldn't do in all his years with the Saints, not bad for a rookie coach..
Could it be Payton who the Saints have been searching for all those years, will it be Sean who makes us fans proud?

Loomis seems to be making better decisions as of late?
I love the moves he made since the firing of Haz..
