Bush needs to be in camp on time

Reggie will not be a hold-out. He is on the record as saying he wants to be in on time (though he modified it with his fair offer disclaimer). If he holds out he will still be seen as a hypocrite especially by the national media (ala ESPN). The Saints know what his signing has meant to ticket sales and (though we groan at the thought) their future in the big easy. The FO will come thru with a "fair offer" and get the job done. It may come down to the eve of camp starting, but Reggie will be in on time!
