The Payton challenge
Saw this article:
2theadvocate.com article It says .... ======================= Payton said each player has a schedule of what conditioning work they are expected to do on their own. They’ll begin training camp with a conditioning test that determines how well they have adhered to the program. “These guys understand what they have to do to come in, Payton said. “They’ve worked hard to get to this position in the weight room and the running and lifting, by and large most of them understand what they have to do during that break, that gap. “If for a period of two or three weeks, they don’t do anything, then pretty much all that stuff they worked on, they can lose. I think they understand that. ========================= OK guys I'm psyched for this season. I'm already on a fitness program now and I'm ready to kick it up another notch the rest of this summer and get my body fat % way down. No beer and bratz for me. Sully time is over now, now it's Reggie time. Anybody with me? |
