I'll say it again, 7-9 and no worst than 5-11

I stand by my 10-6 prediction. The preseason means nothing.

I don't know why our D still stinks, I mean we've been drafting CB's and LB's high for the past 5 years now.

But I think we all know our O won't play like that in the regular season...Our pass D probaly will be a bit better, but our O-line will be better on the left side

Did I sat Paul played middle? I said WE could plug him in at MLB. I know he is an OLB, but if we get no one else we can keep Fujita and Polley for those spots. I'd put Paul right in the middle. Urlacher played FS, WR, punt returner, OLB, and ILB at New Mexico. It's about Paul's toughness that I really like. We haven't had that in a field general MLB since Sam Mills. And Paul is the leader of Penn State's D, like Hawk was for Ohio State even though he played OLB. I believe we would have played him in the middle also.

agreed whodi. right now a really good DT would go a long wayand would be cheaper too.

I couldnt agree more. No need for doom and gloom in here. Its preseason and what happened Monday should already be forgotten. And if we dont so what. AT LEAST WE HAVE A TEAM!

the Pre-season means a lot especially for a new coach! Evaluating players and game plans, making adjustments. Monday night we were exposed by a good QB and a solid lines. We have a lot of work to do.

Preseason means nothing? That's the same thing the Raiders fans are saying about Aaron Brooks....

Preseason isn's definitive evidence on how a team will do in the season, but it's a decent indicator. I'd be happy with 7-9. I think that would be a successful season for us.
