this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; I'll say it again, 7-9 and no worst than 5-11...

I don't know why our D still stinks, I mean we've been drafting CB's and LB's high for the past 5 years now.
Oh wait, no we haven't |

And Paul is the leader of Penn State's D, like Hawk was for Ohio State even though he played OLB. I believe we would have played him in the middle also.

the Pre-season means a lot especially for a new coach! Evaluating players and game plans, making adjustments. Monday night we were exposed by a good QB and a solid lines. We have a lot of work to do.

Hmmm Mr Peabody please fire up the wayback machine to June 12 2006 (I say 9-7 this year). Two games into the PRESEASON and the real boobirds start to sing their song... Please lets be real. |

Preseason means nothing? That's the same thing the Raiders fans are saying about Aaron Brooks....
Preseason isn's definitive evidence on how a team will do in the season, but it's a decent indicator. I'd be happy with 7-9. I think that would be a successful season for us. |
