Joseph could be IR or PUP for the spot.
Sure is a weird thing to lose 2 FBs in the opening game. If that is the worst we have to cope with though that will be great. I hope he is a quick read to ge in there. I spose FB is one of the easiest spots to learn... lead block through hole 2 or 3, or pass block left or right. I guess Branch didn't have the blocking skills they wanted or they would have promoted him instead. |

The 6-0, 244 pound product of West Virginia University spent the 2004 and 2005 seasons on the Cleveland Browns' roster after spending his first two seasons (2002-2003) in the NFL with the Philadelphia Eagles. McIntyre has played in 15 career NFL games (all in 2005), and recorded one start. The team also announced that fullback Keith Joseph was placed on injured reserve.
"Corey is a young fullback who picked up some valuable playing experience last season with Cleveland," said Executive Vice President/General Manager Mickey Loomis. "He's a hard-nosed player who will stick his nose in there and he's going to have to fill in for Mike Karney." |
