RE: Roman Harper
I hope he plays, but stockman if you really think about it, Roman struggles the most in pass coverage. Would it really be such a bad thing if we used a wily old guy like Omar Stoutmire who has made a career out of being solid on pass coverage? Maybe, maybe not, just something to think about.

RE: Roman Harper
injuries are starting to pile up in a disturbing fashion. Fincher, Harper, Whitehead and Deloach on D, Henderson, Pettiti and Strief on O. It seems that where we're thinnest, we're getting the boo-boo bug.
This week against the Filthydelfins is the week that determines whether this team is floating or flailing. |

I think Harper has been getting better every week and I like him this week over the Eagles to fill down hard on all those little dump screens they run. Does anyone have an update on his knee???

Hey Duece, Roy Williams of the BOYS is considered by many as one of the best safeties, but he was beaten like a drum yesterday by Philly. I for one, will cut Harper a little slack in his first year!
Get well Harper...we need you buddy! |

O I know he is biloxi, but he's also more of a strong safety and the reason why he's known as the best is because he can hit like a train.
Don't get me wrong, I really like Roman, but I just don't think it's THAT bad if we have to go with a vet player back there against the Eagles. |

OK, it's Monday afternoon. Does anyone have the slightest clue what the extent of Harper's injury is? Sprain, tear, anything?
Somebody had to post this information somewhere. |

Duece, I saw in a different thread where you were cutting MM a great deal of slack...especially for a vetern not performing up to par (IMHO) which is why I questioned your approach on Harper.
None of the 1st team is beyond making MISTAKES! |
