this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Didn't get home from the game until late last night but I hope it's not to late to commend the crowd at the game yesterday. Everyone was great! We stayed into the game even when things turned South on us ...

Crowd was great!
Didn't get home from the game until late last night but I hope it's not to late to commend the crowd at the game yesterday. Everyone was great! We stayed into the game even when things turned South on us and help the Saints by making noise. Let's keep it up!

Did anyone else notice Payton coaching the crowd right before Carneys winning kick? He was trying to quiet the crowd and got mad when they didn't react to his coaching. Way to go coach and crowd!

Sunday was the first time this season that I could make it in from Houston to see a game in the Dome and I must say that it F-ing Rocked!!!
I have probably been to well over a hundred SAINTS games in the Dome and this one was by far the loudest. The atmosphere was electric, although I am sure it did not come close to the home opener. But it truly was a religous experience. The crowd was fantastic before, during and after the game. We tailgated from 8:30 til after 5:00 (stopping to go in for the game, of course) and everyone around us was psyched the whole time. Even me after having spent 14 hours partying in Baton Rouge the day before in and around the Death Valley. I can't wait to get back home to the Dome for another game. In the meantime, all of y'all that get to attend every game need to keep that decible level up and never stop believing. The fans truely ate the 12th man in the Dome. |
Go SAINTS!!!!!
