I'm not going to say anything. My pre-preseason and pre-season predictions had us 6-3 entering this game (after a loss to Pitt) and I put us down for a loss this week against the Bungles. I would be happy with a win, no matter how.

I myself always look for McKenzie to have step-up days where he picks off two. 8)
He was a great find in '04 and is more deserving of spotlight time than I see him get. |

McKenzie has not got burned in while I think he plays harder when Thomas is not in the game to compensate...I hope that is not true...Craft has got to go...Hoosh and Johnson stand a good chance of eating us alive...Our safety net on those two is Bullocks putting on some monster hits...Simoneau got knocked around against the Steelers...I hope Gibbs is thinking of playing Danny Clark more...

MM has been playing a lot better lately. I noticed at least the last two games that he has been tackling better, even coming up and supporting the run. That is something we haven't seen from him a whole bunch.

McKenzie has been playing better and he still is an above average corner. But it was him who lost contain on Parker's second long run. I think it has become clear that an upgrade at CB is top priority this offseason.

RE: Re: RE: Cinncy at Home in the Dome
You know that Cinncy comes to the Dome sunday looking to light up our secondary and run thru our D-line. And in their house they probably would, but they`ll have to get past the 12th man here.
I see it simply like this, head to head Cinncy isnt a better team than the Saints, and by sunday night it will be 1 of 2 possible outcomes; #1) turnovers, stupid penalties and dropped balls = 6-4 or #2) No turnovers, smart football fundamentals = 7-3 |
