Security (in yellow) must have noticed because they worked their way to the upper deck and stood on each end of my row. The fans around me had a cheer going "Fire Coughlin" (it was real gay with claps) ... I couldn`t help it but out of my mouth came " It wasn`t Coughlin that fumbled, or drop passes, or threw the ball in the dirt, you need to fire some players first". Then it was on, finally the loud mouths left midway through the 3rd qtr. It was actually pretty fun.

RE: Re: RE: Who would you like the Saints to play in divisin
I dont think there is any scenario that would allow us to play the Giants...Aren't they the #6 seed....I thought they were, if they win they go to Chicago...I thought it was Cowgirls, Seahawks, or Eagles for us???
Cowgirls please.... |

I've seen the Saints play there quite a few times over the years, twice last year, and it's just not worth it. Last year at our "home game" in NY on Monday night, I wore a saints jersey and was heckled the entire time to the point whrere my girlfriend was getting VERY worried. We got into a little scuffle in the bathroom on the way out and security escorted us to the parking lot after that. NY fans (and Philly fans too) are just @$$holes, nothing like being at the dome. I was SHOCKED to see so many redskins jerseys a few weeks ago (my first time in the dome). That just doesn't happen up here.
To get back to the original post, let's get ready for Stallworth & Howard's return to the dome, cause that's who we'll be playing. Do you really think the sorry @$$ Giants can beat Philly? No way, and they're the #3 seed so it won't matter what happens in the Dallas/Seattle game. I would LOVE for the Giants to pull out a victory, but it just won't happen, even the loyal Giant fans up here are just satisfied they MADE the playoffs, and they KNOW they;re gonna get crushed. You can't roll into Philly (as a divisional team no less) in a wild card game, after they just went on a tear to win their division & make the playoffs, and expect to win. That, my friends, is the bottom line. Things are really starting to heat up around my way, and if you wanna see an ugly stadium, come to Lincoln Field this weekend and observe the parking lots and the stadium crowd inside. It will be a brutal bloody brawl, and I'm not talking about on the field! |

Hey lets not bash the state of NJ. I was also at the game. Maybe it was the W Smith Jersey that had them confused but other than the hecklers on the way in which got there fair share politely back. But I'm also native to the area and did not venture up to the nose bleeds. Try going to a Miami Jets game at the stadium that's where it gets fun.

Oh and to add to the last post. I'd rather see the Sea Pigeons Week 2 over the Eagles of Dallas.
