I think given the saints success over the last season, the playmakers we have on offence and the gaps on defence I think we might be very interesting to free agents. Offence wise I think a lot of guys would like to catch balls thrown by Brees or Block for Deuce and Reggie. On defence you have a short way to go to be a starter. We had a decent defence but they were over achieving so if your a quality player you gonna see the field soon. The organisation to me looks stronger than ever and were pretty far under the cap, that considered should look pretty good to a free agent.

Free Agency is good for one thing and that is get a quick fix for maybe one or two positons, but i wouldnt like to build a team out of it .Or to fix major problems.
Look at Mckenzie when he first came here he was alright but not to great,but now that he has settled in he is pretty good. But its harder to get FA to adapt than it is for a rookie with a fresh mind. I may be wrong but ,just a thought |
