23 Kansas City Chiefs - Sidney Rice, WR, 6-3, 195, 4.55, S. Carolina
In my mind, Rice is one of the more underrated wide receivers, maybe even overall players, in the draft. You know that you're doing something right when a sophomore season of 72 catches and 10 touchdowns is considered a disappointment. Rice has ideal height and elite body control and ball skills. If he'd have been playing with a real quarterback last season he could have caught 100 passes. Hagan714-pakowitz papz you got baltimore |

24. New England Patriots Charles Johnson DE 6'2" 271 4.75
Johnson's potential is somewhat limited by his below-average height and pedestrian top-end speed. However, he is a powerful and quick defensive end with good toughness versus the run and a relentless approach as a pass rusher. Maybe a transition player DE/LB. He is a Bellicheck player with his raw talent and being undersized. |

25 New York Jets - Anthony Spencer, DE/LB, 6-3, 262, 4.70, Purdue
Jonathan Abraham's pass rush hasn't been adequately replaced, and a third-down pass rusher would be a big addition. Spencer is a pass rush extraordinaire. Makes up ground in a hurry and always is near the ball. High motor and plays at 110%. At this point looks to be a 4-3 end, but will workout as a linebacker as well. 2006 Team MVP and All Big 10 selection, Spencer had his coming out party in 2006 wreaking havoc in backfields.
