*This is all just hypothetical
The Lions trade the 2nd overall pick to the New Orleans Saints for Joe Horn and their first rounder. With the second pick in the 2007 NFL draft The New Orleans Saints select Calvin Johnson WR Georgia Tech. OH MY GAWD ANOTHER AMAZING SKILL PLAYER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Any way Here is my real question.....every year there are two ir three players that get looked over and fall into the late first round. Who do you guys wish has a subpar combine and falls to us? |

RE: Pipe Dreams
NO NO NO, Keep Joe! We need a vet @ wr and his leadership is undeniable. Our rookie wr's are not ready to be on their own. Keep Joe one more year!!!

nice smoke dude
I would love to see detriot trade down in one and then trade there #34th pick to us for Bly and our 27th pick and swapping positions in the 4th round. Of course a long term contract has already been worked out. With #34 - Brandon Siler MLB Florida. #59 - Fred Bennett CB S. Carolina #91 - Rory Johnson OLB Mississppi #98 - Kareem Brown DT Miami Defense done light it up. the only WR i would trade up for is Jarrett |

RE: Pipe Dreams
He was joking. His actual question was who do we want to see slide to 27th in the draft because of a sub-par Combine showing.
I would love to see Okoye slide that far. |

RE: Pipe Dreams
Iin a perfect world (which were not) I'd like a good solid QB Backup. I know its not as an important need as some others but Russell, Quinn or Smith would be nice. But since they wont be available nor is a QB a priority, it doesnt matter.
