Gruden's first year 2002 12-4 Superbowl Champs. Mora's first year 2004 11-5 Lost conf champ. Fox's first year 2002 7-9 (next year super bowl). Payton first year 2007 10-6 Lost conf champ.

Gotta admit genghis, it does look like a pattern here.... Hell, even Haslett won a playoff game in his first year. Guess we gotta fire Payton?? This is what makes the offseason so interesting.... the "wait and see". No matter what happens, we're in for one heck of a season.

BTW I'll be at the CAR vs NO game. Can we sit together??
