Sirius NFL Radio reports the San Diego Chargers have selected University of Georgia CB Paul Oliver with their fourth-round draft choice in the NFL's Supplemental draft.

I'm surprised no one threw a 3rd at him... they got him for a very good price. His 40 time really hurt his draft stock.

We really had no shot at him. After Meachem there will be absolutely no money in our rookie cap this year.
