I've been looking at several publications and sites, all having their take on the Saints final roster. Almost everybody choices are just about identical, with the exception of a player here or there. One thing came to mind after I checked out the roster, the final 53 will be a lil easier to the coaching staff to figure out than the final 5 who will make up the practice squad. I say this because when you take a look at the entire roster one thing really jumps out at you; there's a lot of talent on this year's squad. Not just OK talent, but guys who could start for other teams right now in the league, and some not just start but star. So this made me think about who I thought would make the 2007 practice squad. Below is IMO, the five who will make the practice squad:

1) CB David Jones
2) CB Joe Porter
3) FB Kevin Dudley
4) LB Desmond Sims
5) QB Matt Baker

Feel free to disagree, but one thing we all can agree on is that this has got to be the most talented Saints team from top to bottom in franchise history.
