Mikes Q&A from his 07/23/2003 collumn says OLB may have biggest competition with best two getting the starting nod regardless of playing left or right. This could mean Rodgers/Allen/Hodge battling it out til opening day. He thinks Hodge could be odd man out. He also says Saints will get more production from TE position which will open it up for the other skilled position players. His pre training camp predictions for the season are:

Well at least you can't call him a homer. Does show a lot of respect for the division. Not very likely that any division has every team with a .500 record or better though we shall see. With only 2 wins separating 1st place from 4th place, this would lead you to believe all records could be interchangeable from top to bottom. Only time will tell.
