You've got a Saints Room? That, my friend, is genius. We have a room in our apartment that we don't know what to do with. The walls are already gold...we're both Southern Miss grads, too.

1313, while your relationship may be in the crapper, I think you just saved mine.

yea, the saints room was a great idea. Its my own lil game room. I got my jerseys on the walls, autograph stuff, xbox 360 in there on tha flat screen....i got some killer neon lights i got from a buddy that owns a couple bars. Needless to say when Im home, thats really the only room im in...its also my "doghouse" as well, so that is perfect!

My favorite test is someone is a Fan of so and so team... I ask one question and only one question.

"Who is the Center for that team?"

He in most cases probably touches the ball than any other player on the team. If they can't answer that question how true of a fan are they. I mean anyone can name Deuce, Brees or Bush buck come on hes the first guy to the ball on offense.

What' s the difference if u know the center or not. He;s not gonna run for a td, or throw one. No one watches a game to see the center. It's nice to know all the players, but a fan likes to watch their Team play.

You just proved my point too, thanks!

To know other players on the team makes you a great/true fan. Knowing only a couple big deal.

He's the most overlooked player on the field yet touches the ball more than anyone. What do you mean whats the difference. Any stupid sole one the planet knows we have Reggie Bush does that make them a true fan. No. Big deal(?) but to know the team is to love the team - thats the point.

Re: Ok, here's my problem, I need some advice...

we've gotten into this debate before about "being a true fan" and what not and it ended pretty badly from what I remember. I can see yer point Euphoria, i pride myself on knowing quite a bit of stats and info on alot of the teams, because i bet on them on the weekends. I can name just about the entire depth chart for the Saints, but theres alot of people that would argue that that doesnt mean I care more about the Saints than anyone else....Its really hard to put a price on someone's obsession with a team. I dont think u can judge it on years being a fan, or knowledge. But if someone is considering leaving their girlfriend becuz shes rooting against the saints.....I think that solidifies my fan status...haha

is this all really happening????
