this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; the defensive front has to be more aggressive. the LB need to blitz. Blitz the CB would not hurt either. they are not doing anything anyways. The offense must keep this group of the field if we are to win. ...

Re: ANALYZING THE SAINTS (FMPOV) pt2

our ends would have a hell of a lot more success if we had any kind of push up the gut, grant and smith come flying around the end a lot and the QB steps right up where there is no DT to be seen, remember when Glover led the league in sacks, our DE's both had a good year as well that year, Johnson went to the pro bowl and Howard was a rookie and i think he had more than 10 sacks, because when you come straight up the gut the QB has to go somewhere, and more times than not he steps right into a DE, we have 2 great DE's but they arent miracle workers, they come around and the QB steps right up into a wide open pocket and throws the ball

they can't because then they might get a stain on that new dress or a run in their stockings

by the way nice read Blacksaint
I agree with everything you posted
Personally…
outside of grant and smith (and yes I am aware that even Grant and Smith are questionable at this point) I can’t remember the D being this bad

I personally would like to see Gibbs go
The guy is obviously become to predictable and is too stuck in his ways to try something new
