For good reason, maybe, the coaching staff bought into their '06 performance as a sign of good things to come because I did too. Unfortunately, they have regressed. Maybe with some rest they can get it back together. That's about all we can hope for now. There is one thing I'd like Payton to consider changing. Have you noticed how sluggish our guys seem? I can't help but think that maybe they were beaten down physically before the season even started by facing a Mississippi summer in training camp. The Cowboys went through what the players were calling "camp cupcake" - practicing indoors everyday. I hate the cowboys, but they have the look of a fresh team that knows what is going on. Payton might want to re-think this Milsaps thing. |

Bottom line is we need netter play out of the O line, and if the current starters can't get it done then it is time to bring in some of the new blood. |

Re: Blame it on the O-Line Again
Brown was getting beaten like a dirty rug all night long last night. I hope one of the Titans DLinemen took him into the shower after the game

Re: Blame it on the O-Line Again
despite what the expert say Brown belongs on the right. We need a starting LT. End og story. I have said this last year too. We need on of the young guys to step up or we need to address it in FA or the draft.

At RT he was trying to prove he was good enough to get a chance to play LT. Last year he wanted to prove now that the position was his he deserved it. Now he earned and played great, does he feel he doesn't have anything to prove? Is the drive to be better gone? That is it, he has all the tools and showed last year he could do it. If he can't find the desire, I have a boot to stick up his A## on his way to the bench. |
