Does anyone think it is time to replace devery with meachem. We have nothing to lose, let's see what we got with him. 1) Colston 2) Meachem 3) Moore in the slot. I think this would keep defenses guessing. Rotate meachem, devery, copper. Maybe Devery has Add and cannot concentrate being on the fiels longer than 25 seconds.

Re: Meachem

Like I said in a different post, it's time for Devery to be deactivated. I don't know about Meachem starting but he does need to be playing.

Re: Meachem

How will he ever be a threat if he never plays in a game. All of the other rookie WR may not be playing every snap but they are at least activated. What is the deal with him. He could be the threat we need. Let's see what he can do.

Payton's apparently already looking forward to drafting a WR in the 1st round of '08

Re: Meachem

that would be a big mistake, our ol is not as good as we thought. How can Lance Moore be so ready to play and Meachem is wearing jeans on the sideline.

Re: Meachem

He's still not healthy enough to play. He still has limited flexibility in his knee.
