this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; I'm going to guess Seattle - 27 New Orleans - 17 NOT a very good environment. If we don't turn the ball over, I predict Seattle - 17 New Orleans - 21...

Euphoria, what's up with you lately? How long will you beat the dog bro? The site is doing very well with members logging on, we're growing everyday, the members will continue to come here for good talk, they love the Saints and this site as much as I do. This will be my last comment on this subject. Just enjoy Euphoria, you have made some really good threads/post here in the past, I still consider you a good apple dude. |
Rest In Peace JoeSam, thanks for everything my friend.

I'm tired of the negativity and second guessing of coaching descisions (alot of it is for good reason, Im just tired of reading it) and past draft picks. Last season when we played well in all but a few of our games...everyone seemed to be happy with our players, and thought we had talent that would improve. But all of a sudden...we are second guessing everybody on the roster. It looks bad right now. Really really bad. But until we lose 7 or 8 games...I STILL BELIEVE. I simply want (at least) one of my Saints to step up and play his a@@ off...win, lose, or draw. Then maybe we'll have something better to discuss. But anyway....GEAUX SAINTS And... Caddy, did you notice Brian Simmons last game? I think we had a better presence up-front with him in the game. I can tell he's got some instincts.

Joe...I'm not seeing the poster's name on top of his avatar. Is this a problem or am I the only one?
And Simmons played well. He as physical and attacking...I don't know what his numbers were though. |

Re: prediction for Seattle game......
I agree...and the worst part about the loss was that it was to the PANTHERS!
MAN i really hate the panthers. I'm glad we socked Carr in the mouth. D-line looked improved, and more disruptive. We held them to 88 rushing yards - an improvement Held Steve Smith to only 4 catches for 47 yards 1 TD - an improvement No big plays allowed (other then short pass to Steve Smith for TD) - an improvement We sacked Carr and had a few tackles for a loss behind the line - an improvement We had a BIG interception at a crucial time by MM - an improvement Brees had more time to throw the ball - an improvement Devery Henderson caught a LONG ball - an improvement (this gave me flashback to last year.) FB Karney had a run for a TD - an improvement Look at the bright side, we're improving vastly and quickly. The only thing that didn't materialize was the points - but other than that, we won the game. With a better kicking game, Fujita back in, Simmons in for Simoneau, fresh legs at CB - we'll at the very least be able to compete again. Simmons might not have put up MASSIVE numbers, but I did notice him in the game. More than I could say for Simoneau. Simoneau just doesn't have a presence. |
