Re: Wow!!!
I think coach could keep him in line. He has FIRE. But I know he's be coming a well know punk around the league. Sad he is a good player.

Re: Wow!!!
While I was on my way home from work today, Fujita was on Sirius NFL radio. They pointed out to Scott that of all the teams that started out bad this year, we are the only team that has not complained, pointed fingers, calling out coaches, management or anything. That's saying something about the character of your football team. It's admirable. This team is sticking together and believe they can turn it around. It also credits the leaders of this team. It just pumped me up know what kind of individuals we have on our team. All it take is one person to screw that up, which is why I pass on Hall because he definately that type of guy.

They were here before him and I don't think he's been able to find better. I seriously don't think its the players (DB) SO MUCH as it is the style and defensive playbook. Its the man to man that kills us with no serious day in day out pressure. You can't give any QB/WR combo enough time and man to man coverage at that... thats suicide! "Hell I can cover Randy Moss for 1 maybe 2 yards but after that I am lost by a mile." (you can quote me on this one, lol). |

Cowboys and the Pats seem like the only teams that can handle hot-headed trouble makers such as T.O. Moss, Dillon, Sanders, and now Tank Johnson gets a shot.
I love Hall's play as a player, but hate him as a person...he's a personal foul and a fine waiting to happen. Besides, he taller than 5'8 and expensive....not exactly our player in that regard either |

cadilacin, Man, you got me there, but I really think (as stupid as this is going to sound) that Randy has changed. Maybe he finally has a coach and QB he likes. He sure has toned his mouth down. Him and T.O. both. There is hope for the world! |

Re: Wow!!!
First let's clear something up about Hall, he never was a problem when JM jr was the coach. Second, Hall is just being brutally honest, and a lot of the veteran Falcon players feel the same way. I would like to know why is Hall the bad guy when Crumpler said the exact same thing? Maybe, it's Patrino that's really the problem, I mean, you sign Joey Harrington to be your starter, that alone is a head scratcher, then you sign Byron Leftwich, bench Harrington and name Leftwich the starter for the remainder of the season. Then along come the Saints, aaaaand, DOW GOES LEFTWICH, DOWN GOES LEFTWICH, and now you have to eat crow because you have to turn to the same guy you just bench a few days earlier, sad, sad, sad. If any of you guys don't think that, that has an effect on the entire team, then think again. Patrino is not an NFL Coach period, now you go and cut Grady Jackson, a very popular player and leader on the team, with no type of credible explanation to the players. Those are the moves of a college coach, and his veteran players are not going to stand by and allow it to happen. Patrino's decision making has destroyed the Falcons, just think if Sean Payton would have made those same moves as Patrino, we would've lost our minds last year. I think Grady Jackson would be one hell of an addition to our D-Line, him and "BIG BANQUET" would be so devastating, it's not like he was cut for not performing, he was on top of his game, I don't care what y'all say, I would rather see Grady in Saints B&G than Carolina blue or Tampa Bay pewter, and as for Hall, please Patrino give him up I'd take him in a heart beat.

Same goes for this ATL situation. After cutting Grady (7th on the team in tackles, first in tackles for loss), the Falcons have 3 reserve linemen. He kept Montavious Stanley - a Louisville boy - over his most productive DT. How does that make sense? The only explanation is that he's trying to tank the season. We should be crying foul on Petrino for intentionally losing, not Hall for calling him out on it. |
