I agree Mare needs to go, he is way too inconsistend. However, Vanderjagt scares me a bit. From what I understand, he tends to miss in pressure situations. Still, he would be an improvement.

In this case the unknown scares me less than the known. Mare scares the hell out of me. He can't kick right now and we don't have time to sit around and wait for him to get his head on straight. This guy will cost us games.
