CBS Network Idiots!

I am sure many of you watched the Saints game on TV. In Jackson, MS., coverage was switched with around 9 minutes still left in the Saints game, to the Bengals/Bills game. Just in time to see Chad Johnson on the field for 10 minutes, to get carted off the field in a 33-21 game. Why in the hell did CBS switch the game with that much time left, just as Jacksonville scored to make it a 14 point game? Are these folks at CBS on crack? And according to information sources, the local network in Jackson had no control over this.

Did this also happen in other markets? Did this happen in the New Orleans or Jacksonville area? I just don't get this type of crappy decision by CBS. Even if the ultimate reason was to play the entire Colts/Pats game, that game was still a long way from kickoff when this switch was made. Talk about a bunch of bull poo...

I feel you bro., I hate it when networks switch to another game when the game you started watching in the first place was still in progress..

YEAH, It happened to me here in Houston. Same Game bills/bengals. Last time they did that was a couple years ago when the Saints were getting blown out. The announcer said that they were switching to a more competitive game then. I guess it's a compliment for us this time. Still sucked though

I don't think so.
A little bit last year (story book ratings and all)
but it is VERY hard to be a fan of a small market team with a very bad overall record.

We get Saints games in Cali. from time to time, not many but a few. Even with the likes of SF, Oakland, and SD. Wait till we get the Los Angeles Saints.

isnt it a network thing.....they have to switch to the next game, because each game is alloted a certain amount of time...im pretty sure that happens to every game.....they have to switch to the next one....

tell me something seriously Euph, does the NFL want football in Los Angeles more than Los Angeles does? I've never had a clear observation of what the heck is the mindset of L.A. where football is concerned.
