How Easy was This Loss to Call?
Bad playcalling, poor preparation, poor choices in personnel, lack of intensity, poor execution.
Makes me pine for the days for He Who Must Not Be Named. At least one guy was the culprit, but now, there are so many fingers needed to point culpability that several of us are required. Last year was a total fluke, a pass given by the powers that be to a disheartened and almost disenfranchised populus. Don't look for improvement or miracle 6-0 finishes. That is not in this team's makeup. From the front office on down, this team was built to lose. The Draft, the FA signings, the personnel cuts, the choice of personnel on the field, the playcalling, the execution. Nothing has worked and nothing will work. Gear up for the draft boys and girls, and let's see how they screw it up again. |

I'm just going to look at this year a a rebuild year as well as next year. It makes the pain a little easier to bear.

I agree. I'm just not pissed off like I usually am. If they make some FA moves and draft well, 2009 might be a good year. If they don't, well, it's 16 reasons to drink a year I guess.
