Re: Coming to town
I envy you bro, I can't imagine having a family member playing for the Saints much less a son...
Let your son know that he's always welcome to stop by here and that we support him and wish him the very best. Maybe you can get him to have a chat here with us. Let me know. |

Re: Coming to town
Thanks, I'm sure we'll have fun. If you happen to see us drop by and say hi...What's that you say, you don't know what we look like, no matter. We'll be the only two in the dome wearing #65, with Alleman on the back. LOL!

Re: Coming to town
The only thing cooler would be to actually see him play. Maybe next year. I'm so glad he's on the active roster and not stuck on the practice squad or something. Tampa game should be rocking!

I hope you have a wonderful time. I know you will. I wish I was going to be there with you but I will be in Colorado freezing my butt off. Best of luck to your son. I hope everything works out great for ya'll.

Just heard that 65 is inactive for the Carolina game. Hope he has a uni on next week at home.

Re: Coming to town
If he does he does, and if not that's o.k. too. In the long run he'll do just fine. I've seen the big man live for a lot a years and I know how he is wired, he'll eventually get it done, this is the N.F.L., not college. The coaches know how fast to bring each player along according to their skills and the position they play...That's what they get paid for. As far as the only thing being better is if he would dress when we come down to see him, well I'll clue you in on something, it doesn't make one bit of difference to me, I'll Love him if he does or dosen't dress...If he does or doesn't make it in the league, as long as he remains the respectful young man he is, and keeps his precepts and principals he was raised with, hard work and everything else will make him successful. Just thought I would let you know, how I feel, and I surely don't believe this draft was a bust. Everyone is entitled to they're opinion even if it means they will eventually be proven wrong about some of the young men drafted this year.
