Re: But...........................................
How did Bush get involved here? 13 carries for 64 yards. That's 5 yards a pop. Yes he put the ball on the ground on a stupid play that was blown up from the moment the ball was snapped. But the play should have never been called.
I'm calling out the coaches on virtually everything in this loss. You have a 3rd string QB that's going for completion records. Blitz him! You have a receiver that's killing you. Double cover the guy. You have the ball and the game in hand. Don't run a gadget play and put the ball on the ground. It's not rocket science. QBs don't like folks in their face. Take out the biggest thread. Play fundamentally sound. But it seems like the coaches don't get it. SFIAH |
Super Bowl Championships: New Orleans Saints:1, Carolina:0, Atlanta Chokers: STILL ZERO
Only Atlanta choked in an unchokable situation... Life is definitely good. |

But the coachs don't play the game. The players have to take credit for this loss too. Their play was terrible too. Sure there were some who played their butts off but very few. How mant times did we see Drew getting in Reggie's face? I saw it several times. In fact, it was so often that I started thinking tha maybe Reggie isn't the sharpest pencil in the box. Can he remember his plays? Does he really know where he's supposed to be? With Drew chewing his but that much, it sure makes me wonder. |
Sometimes it's better to keep your mouth shut and be thought an idiot, than to open it and remove all doubt!!!!!
