I've always noticed that too. The trend breaks a lot of times as soon as they say it. But it works in out favor sometime. Bush has his first touchdown after a commentator mentioned he hadn't scored all year.

And Trindon Holliday fumbled after not turning the ball over in 200 something handoffs. RIGHT AFTER the announcer said it. I HATE that stuff!!

It's almost the kiss of death when thay say that. I know it gets to me when they do it. i cuss them and scream at the TV every time, or say gee thanks now i know it'll happen.

Maybe the announcers should talk about how Jason David NEVER stops anyone on 3rd down. Then he'll be a shut down corner!!
