NFC Shutout! Has this ever happened?!?
The entire NFC South was shut out of the Pro Bowl. That is just incredible.
How Colston, Brees, Brown, and Evans were left off is beyond me. Ask any football fan that is not a Seahawk or Saints fan if they would rather have Hassleback or Brees and I'm pretty sure you all know who would be chosen. And Donald Driver or Colston!!! Please. There must have been a butt load of cheese eating shut ins voting over and over again on their computers for Driver, because it was too cold to go outside. That's my only explanation on this one. Also, why are the votes in with two weeks left to play in the season? What marketing wizard is behind this decision? Sometimes I just don't get it. The only positive I can glean from this is that Drew can't dislocate his elbow again this year. That's fine with me. The actual game is a joke anyway. I just hate the loss of recognition that comes with being a Pro Bowler getting taken away from our deserving players. |

Screw the pro bowl, I am glad that no Saints are in it. I really wish the NFL would eliminate this game. The injury factor is just too great. Just think how bad it could have been if Brees dislocates his throwing elbow instead.. But it is amazing that the NFC South has been completely snubbed.

I've seen some tragic Pro Bowl voting before but this is just sad. You would think Seattle is a team to be outright feared with the number of nods. Pathetic.

Driver isnt even the best green bay receiver this year, colston was a miss for sure, but what do you expect when the fans determine the players? theres a reason 11 cowboys made the cut.

They may not like the game, but they sure as hell love the incentive check they get written for meeting the Pro Bowl player level. You think Will Smith isn't pissed he didn't get that label in a contract year? Wrong.

Re: NFC Shutout* Has this ever happened?*?
It does stink that no one from our division made it. Who knows, maybe Colston will use the Eagles game as a message to the rest of the league.

It's like a fraternity.
And we're apparently not part of it. NFC South will win the superbowl, they'll all see! |
