I know Grants contract looks big now but with the increasing yearly cap he will be an upper mid value DE. It will balance out. give it time.

Im not saying im not a grant fan, cuz i am, but will is the better of the two and i dont see why we wouldnt give smith the money when we did it for grant.

Gary Gibbs is like kryptonite to the Saints defense. We play too much man to man. Those guys have the potential except Shanle, Simeoneau and Jason David they just suck. Its like they have a leash on Will Smith. We need a DC who lives, breathe, drink, defensive plays.

Actually, is more like Will Smith got handled by every single LT he faced. Same goes for Grant on the other side.

I agree with all the players moves but GIBBS gotta go, we played like wussies all year and when Gibbs took his meds we played aggressive, A good coordinator would have pulled Simeoneau Jason David, Shanle & Bullocks a long time ago

as for the offense Payton turned it into the air force but with no ground assault we can't go far even if we did make the playoffs

I like the MLB from Univ of Arizona Larsen. Tackling machine reminds
me of a young Zach Thomas

Replace Shanle- Might be a homer, but for the value we could get him in the draft, he
would be a huge upgrade. ALI HIGHSMITH! Watch him in the BCS and
you'll see what I mean.

Replace Jamar Nesbit-Average, nothing great. Bring in FA Faneca so we can FINALLY
have a power running threat.

Here's my shocker- Move J.Brown BACK to RT. If anyone watched this BUM play
yesterday, you can see he's not lived up to the hype, imho. He got
beat badly yesterday by an avg DE. Time to move him back to RT
and give our boy Strief the starting nod at LT. Strief and Faneca side
to side? Guarantee you we plow into the endzone rather than get
stuffed twice on the goalline like yesterday.

Replace Mare on FG's. Keep him on kick offs and keep Gramatica. WOW did Gramatica look good yesterday. The 55 yarder could have been good from 58 easy!

So for defense we need. No LB's, a big DT and a DE. At least 3 corners, good FA and high Draft. FA Safety.

So for offense we have to either have our back-ups on the line step up majorly, but I still think we look into Faneca. We need a Center bad. If Strief/Bushrod/Alleman cannot play LT we need one of those. We need someone for Deuce, I just do not see him being back to his old self.
