Trade Bush?

Come on guys and gals I would do this in heartbeat. Time to man or woman up or even cowboy up (but not like Broken Back Mountain) now that's funny right there! |

Re: Trade Bush?
I would so pull the trigger on a deal that would get us someone who can dominate a game. Reggie is nothing more than a business deal to sale jersay's. He is a returner, slow WR at best. We could do much better dealing him to another team.
You do know we are going to get blasted for these opinions? LOL. Reggie hasn't been the one to win games, he hasn't carried us to a victory. He's a number 1 at RB and should already be making his mark. Our offense hasn't died since he's been injured. It won't be the end of the world losing him. The Viking parted ways with Moss and they are turning the corner and team overall is better. |

Re: Trade Bush?
But Moss did win that game last night against the Giants, with his 65 yard TD.
I think trading Bush would be crazy -- wouldn't trading him KILL us with cap hit? |

Re: Trade Bush?
No, you don't trade Bush, you learn how to use him. He's not a featured back, he's a guy that stretches the field, changes the pace of the offense for a few plays, catches a few passes, and distracts the defense. Sure, we don't NEED him to win, but he sure is nice to have when he's being used right.
Something is wrong with you if you truly believe this, especially the part about him being slow. Wow. |

Re: Trade Bush?
He did do awfully well against Seattle. I re-watched that game last night, and he was on fire.

Re: Trade Bush?
Dude, YOU said he's slow. To be exact you said "He is a returner, slow WR at best." And so what if he doesn't have a bunch of 20 yard plays? All you need is 10. And when do you expect him to get all of these TD's? Most of our TD's are from passes. We're a pass first team.

You have to look at this and not put your heart in it. I know there are a lot of people who went out and bought the jersay and having him leave now wouldn't be cost effective to your pocket book having to go out and get a jersay of another player. You have to look at this from a football stand point. |
