I am not a big fan of Martz, but I think he is going to be a blessing for that struggling team. I know Alex Smith has to be jumping for joy right now.

I don't think Frank Gore is going to have much to worry about. He should still get his 1200 or so yards running, and will probably get a ton of passes thrown to him. As long as he stays healthy, he is going to be a big time winner in the Martz system.
