With the 14th pick the Chicago Bears select Joe Flacco, QB, Delaware.
The Bears need stability on offence. Good runningbacks can be had in the 2nd and 3rd round while this year is relatively shallow on QB talent. Picking Flacco at 14 might be a slight reach but they need to be able to produce consistantly on offence to be able to compete. Rex Grossman got a one year deal an will be a backup somewhere next season. |

The Minnesota Vikings select Quentin Groves, DE/OLB, Auburn
The Vikings lack pass rushers and Groves immediately gives them a potential double digit sack artist. He could start at either position and gives the Vikings excellent versatility. The Texans are now on the clock... |
