Hey guys sorry I missed the third pick in the mock draft, I was in Puerto Vallarta on Spring Break. Anyways, I would have picked Matt Ryan for the Falcons, so good pick. Also, if you need more pickers, I can choose now that I'm in the country.

If your sayin Mendenhall to the Broncos, it is much easier to get a rb than a wr, and almost anyone will succeed as a runner in Denver, they need a stud WR and since no one else has stepped up, with the 12th pick the Broncos select Malcolm Kelly-WR-Oklahoma

Otah, a massive 339 lb. right tackle prospect with loads of potential, is ideally suited for Carolina's power-running game.

With the 14th pick the Chicago Bears select Joe Flacco, QB, Delaware.

The Bears need stability on offence. Good runningbacks can be had in the 2nd and 3rd round while this year is relatively shallow on QB talent. Picking Flacco at 14 might be a slight reach but they need to be able to produce consistantly on offence to be able to compete. Rex Grossman got a one year deal an will be a backup somewhere next season.

The Minnesota Vikings select Quentin Groves, DE/OLB, Auburn

The Vikings lack pass rushers and Groves immediately gives them a potential double digit sack artist. He could start at either position and gives the Vikings excellent versatility.

The Texans look at all of the talent available, including two of their top ten on the board, and take Ryan Clady the big OT from Boise St. He should help immediately in both the running and passing game.

That's what Kubiak thought as well, it really was a choice between those two guys. But the Broncos, I mean the Texans don't draft RB' s that high. Not having a second round pick kind of sucks though, dam those dirty birds.

Surprise dulplay picked a CB with AZ pick; not criticizing mind you just making discussion.

But would have thought the Cards play it out with that potent(ial) offense and get either a OL or RB and just do like the RAMS used to and outscore people and let their DST play speed bump defense...

AZ definitely needs a young RB or outstanding Run Blocker (Leinart is left handed so his blind side would be the RT)...

What does it matter, Bidwell, Tom Benson's Model Owner, is such a tightwad that they'll never pay out to get over the hump...

With the 19th pick in the draft the Eagle take DeSean Jackson, WR, CAL. The front office pulls the trigger and brings in a solid WR that will keep McNabb happy for years to come.

With the 20th pick, the Bucs take Brandon Flowers, CB, VT. Tampa Bay adds youth to a very aging secondary. Ronde Barber takes this kid under his wing and really teaches him the ropes and shows veteran leadership.

How does everyone feel about the eagles and bucs selections? It might not be those players but I think position wise they could go that way. The eagles could still draft an OL and the bucs could surprise everyone and go with a WR as well.

yea that's true, I wouldn't feel safe with their back ups. I just don't see them takin one in the first round. Maybe someone like a Sam Keller or. Someone like that in the later rounds.

I think Tampa drafts for the Running Game, either RB or OL...

Gruden likes the old Redskin offensive lines of the 80's anchored by Jacoby; I think he's taking a Road Grader if he can (Otah, Albert) or maybe Felix Jones, RB Ark if Cadillac looks like he's a total

But my buddy tells me Monte Kiffin commands alot of respect in the Bucs organization so they may get him another player like Dan Conner or Derrick Harvey, even with Kevin Carter returning...

But I think some of you are right in that if a second tier QB Henne/Booty is their in R2/R3, they add yet another QB; everybody knocked him, but Plummer returning gives them alot of options; feel for Jeff Garcia, can't get no respect and all he does it compete

Phillip Daniels is getting a little long in the tooth and Chris Wilson will look to move into the starting rotation. Harvey will make a nice fit.

the tampa pick to me is a good one.. flowers plays almost identically to bucs DB Ronde' Barber and will fit perfectly into that tampa 2 D
