Re-evaluating Keaton's performance
I thought or at least I had hoped that Keaton was looking better in the 2nd and might be getting his game on, but as the third quarter rolls on and I look at his stats, I am really less than impressed. We NEED run support and I am not so rure he is the man for the job. He also NEEDS to catch the ball when it's put in his hands (receptions are supposed to be part of the job description too).
Let's hope that things improve before the fat lady sings. Go SAINTS!!!!! David in Houston |

Re-evaluating Keaton's performance
I think one of my biggest concerns with Keaton\'s play so far has been his inability to bust up the gut (twice) for a 1-2 yd gain on third down, thus ending both drives. He has had a couple of good runs, but his failures so far has by far outweighed his good points.

Re-evaluating Keaton's performance
How about his hands of stone, a fumble and droped passes. Just to complete the trifecta his blocking has been crap too.

Re-evaluating Keaton's performance
I will like to see Walt Williams play against a 1st unit defense. The guy ran for half the yards Keaton ran with only 3 carries (Keaton 16/45 Williams 3/23)

Re-evaluating Keaton's performance
Well now that that very painful first game is over, I must say that I am very disappointed with Keaton\'s performance. Both Williams and Woodbury looked infinitely better and much more confortable than our supposed #2 guy. Although I\'m not ready to scream for his head quite yet, I will say that he certainly needs to ratchet up his performance a hell of a lot if he thinks he even deserves to make it on the final roster.
