Saints in the running for Ben Troupe...

As of 5 Mar...ESPN is showing the Saints and Bills are trying to add Ben Troupe...looks like we got a 50/50 chance...come on management...pull the trigger!!

Ben Troupe

Bucs agreed to terms with Ben Troupe on a two-year contract, according to NFL Network's Adam Schefter.
A nice fit for an athletic pass-catching tight end. Troupe could struggle to learn the offense, but he'll get a chance to compete to start with incumbent Alex Smith. While he's worth keeping an eye on, the Bucs tight ends will probably cancel each other out.

Anybody know why we haven't re-signed Johnson? He had 48 catches...

I have mix feelings on this move. A change may be what the doctor order. On the other hand he is no upgrade over 2007 if the change does not help

Dam that just plain sucks. Ok resign Billy Miller and Eric Johnson. That draft a TE.

Dude, Billy Miller was the man last year. I was extremely pleased with his performance last season, and I hope he comes back.
