Trading Up to get Dorsey

It looks like Kansas City wants to trade down from #5. This would only cost us 300 points and most likely a 3rd this year and a 4th next year. It seems that in order to get Ellis we only need to jump ahead of Cincy. That only costs us 200 points or a 3rd round pick.

Kansas City (it is rumored) is looking to trade with Dallas but might not want to trade that far down. Assuming we make a trade with KC, and both Ellis, Dorsey and Mc Fadden are there and Dallas wants to make the trade, do you take Dallas's 2 #1 picks. I really don't think Payton is targeting McFadden because he's kind of like another Reggie Bush.

Knowing the Saints...
If we pass on McFadden and trade him to Dallas, he'll become all world and our picks will become at best average players or busts. It just seems to alway work out that way. Based on previous Saints drafts... if we pick Dorsey, his career is over, and if we take Ellis, he will be too slow to make a difference, get fat and spend too much time playing Madden.

These trades may actually happen and it's not totally out of the question although the other stuff I made up and shouldn't happen..... shouldn't? Well it's always a possiblity. LOL
