Quentin Groves, Auburn, 6030, 254, 4.57, (DE/OLB)
Many scouts project Groves as a linebacker in the NFL, with him likely better suited for a 3-4 scheme. He is a truly instinctive player, showing a great understanding of the game from both positions. As an OLB, he is able to rush the QB, stop the run, and play in space to disrupt the passing game underneath. He has the speed and quickness to cover most backs and tight ends with a surprisingly smooth backpedal and loose hips.

He could become a 4-3 DE in much the same mold as Osi Umenyiora or a 3-4 OLB more like DeMarcus Ware.

Trade back to middle of the first and reach on this kid. I would be very happy. We could take the pick in 2009 to make up for the lost pick in the Vilma trade

I will keep preaching Mayo if I can.
Trade back and get Mayo in my opinion.(If Dorsey or Ellis aren't there)
Mayo had over 200 tackles in last two years.
He's played both MLB and WLB.
Measurables are about the same for Mayo and Rivers, so look at stats and there is no comparison.

Oh and Do we really have to put "if Dorsey or Ellis aren't there" anymore.
It's pretty much a given.
