Re: IF Rams take the offer tomorrow...
I almost took issue with including Jamaal Brown in the trade up for #2, falling victim to his pro-bowl selection two years ago. Then I thought about the Tampa Bay game at home last year, when he let Gaines Adams blow his s**T up, into the back field and destroy an aggressive play call by Sean Payton, but nevertheless, a playcall that would have worked had Brown even put a finger on the guy. Throw Strief or Allenman/Bushrod (whichever one plays tackle) and we'll be fine.
He can go if we can get Dorsey, anyday! |

As for LT Brown... what makes you think one off year and his career is over? If that's the case, what can be said for Vilma, Morgan or Deuce?
Player heal and get better. Besides, we don't get 2 starters if you lose Brown. You only get one. I thought this board was smarter than that. Besides, we're drafting RB in the 1st. Didn't you read my post? |

Who is our LT? Isn't Brown a better RT than LT? He is better than any other RT we have. He signed through 2011 and costs just over 700,000 a year. Still I think this move is one year to early. Lets see what the bench can do this year first. then get cute. Safer to bet knowing what is in your hand than to bet on a blind. |

Some draft picks were made last year and its time for them to come into their own now. I like it. We were 7-9 last year, we got to make some changes. |

Re: IF Rams take the offer tomorrow...
7-9 after 10-6 and we are tail spin? Panic? No I think we are more closer to the 10-6 team than the 7-9. So panic is out. take your time and make sure. the draft is not that good. dorsey will never happen, IMO. #2 is just to high. now Shockey involved with Brown would make more sense. we should get something in return based on age alone. Shockey for Stinch and we add a lower pick makes even more sense.
