Rams agree with Chris Long?

I saw on the ESPN Bottom Line that the Rams are going to select Chris Long. Does this affect our ability to move up and take Dorsey? I understand that the Falcons are leaning towards Dorsey instead of Matt Ryan, which would blow complete nuts. Any thoughts?

I can't see them bypassing Dorsey... that would be a big mistake.

Re: Rams agree with Chris Long?

right now the order is looking like Long, Long, Ryan from everything I'm seeing/reading (but seriously there are only a couple of hours to go it could all be bs) it seems like the wildcard is the raiders, i've seen they love mcfadden, and that they might trade down, do the saints try to get up to #4, or pray Dorsey doesn't go there and try to trade up with the Chiefs who also apparently are looking to trade for more picks (don't they have like 36 draft picks this year already??)

Or, offer the Chiefs Jammal Brown straight up for their 5th selection. KC needs help on their offensive line, and would be adding a pro-bowl calibur player with a cap-friendly contract. And we wouldn't be out any picks in the draft.

I hope like hell the Falcons take Ryan. We could then trade up with either Oakland or K.C. to get Dorsey.

Re: Rams agree with Chris Long?

Chiefs would want more than just J Brown (like adding a four which we don't have), like a 3R pick...

I see the Falcons as needing a CHANGE in the face of their franchise, that would be Matt Ryan. Then the Raiders could look to trade down for an explosive receiver.
