5th Round - Best Player Available?

According to New Era Scouting, the Saints drafted two players in round 5 that should have went in round 3.

New Era Scouting » Value Boards

They have DeMario Pressley as the 11th best DT. New Era Scouting

They have Carl Nicks as the 11th best OT. New Era Scouting

I don't see how either of these two player make the roster.
Looks like these two are practice squad players.
They maybe able to play in a year or two.

I must say that I'm impressed how the Saints haven't drafted any skill players and really have decided to bolster the defense. I really didn't think Peyton could control himself. My cats/hats off to him.
