With any new coach you have to assume it's a 5 year plan. If at year 6 we are not close then it's time to move on. Until then, as stated, I am content with what we are doing and how we are addressing needs and problems in our game.

i disagree. with a new coach u give them 3 years. 3 years gives them time to see what they have(year 1) fix the mistakes (years 2 and 3) and fine tune the roster(year 3). looks like this is paytons 3rd year. hes been a great head coach for our team so far. i think with a 5 year plan as u propose we need to be an elite team. after 3 years u give a contract extension and pray that the consistancy and talent keep coming.![]()
