Brandon, you're going to the Cowboys game???? coolness. I cant make this one, and I've got an engagement on the other side of town, so I cant make Woodrow's either,
but yall be sure and represent!

and lets see some painted back windows on those vehicles flying down I-10 ! I'll have my shoe-white fleur on my back window everywhere I go this week. Beat dem Cowboys!

I asked the boss about 2 months ago to be off for this game ..... my hate runs deep for the Cowboys, there was no way in hell I would be missing this game. I'm worried about the playoff games but this one was right below it on my list of games I didn't want to miss

Re: Saints Fans Gameday March down I-10

damn, I dreamed for years of seeing the Saints play the Cowboys in the Dome. I mean for years, since the '84 Tragedy on Turf/ Snake Stabler Horror Show. I finally got to see us play the Cowboys in Shreveport in '06, and of course, we sucked ass, and Tony Romo torched us. A couple of weeks, of course, everything got better fast,,, and then the regular season beatdown of Parcells pretty much exorcised it for me.

Its weird that I dont hate the Cowboys like I used to, but it sure does a lot for us, if we hand their asses to them tomorrow night. Talk about a
whole country seeing what we've got.

We're going to New Orleans, baby!

No gig saturday night, so its gonna be a Louisiana weekend. At this point we have no clue where we're going. Should we check out history & plantations in the Florida Parishes? Is there some festival in Cajun Country going on? Do we revisit my old stompin ground in NWLA? Do we enjoy a nice quiet day in Natchitoches, before our scheduled hell-raising in
the Quarter Sunday? All I want is to spend saturday in somewhere that is not the freakin Galleria in Houston. Smaller the town the better. Mamou is looking real good.

Have you seen Avery Island? Highway 90 from Lafayette to New Orleans is an interesting drive. The River Road Plantations near Vacherie are good. Get a fake Mint Julep at Oak Alley. Just stopping at every daiquiri shack you can find in the swamp is fun way to kill the day.

I feel like going with y'all just for the tour and head back to Woodrow's for the game.

If I did I would be coming form the east not the west. It would be more like 12 hours for me.
