Re: Funny Fin Fan Predictions
Here is yet another example of making up excuses on why we won. Why are people living in la la land when talking about our team. He says below that the the Saints have not played in a physical game yet and the only reason the Giants got away from their type of play is because we went up on them early.
Thats the freakin point!!! We take teams out of their game plan when we go up early on them. The opposing team does not give the lead away to us early, WE TAKE IT FROM THEM!!! I am so sick of reading excuses, just give us our due and try to stop us. Maybe some of these fans (notice I say some) will get their head out of their asses and realize we have a Superbowl caliber team. Brees and Saints get slice of humble pie Sunday - Miami Dolphins Fans, News, Salary Cap, Forums "With all due respect to the Giants I really dont think the Saints have played a game as physical as they will against the Phins this weekend. The Giants are certainly one of the most physical teams in the league but they got away from their teams true nature because the Saints put up big on them before they could answer. I believe the Dolphins will stick to their hat on hat philosophy this weekend and play smart football to beat one of the BEST teams in the league. Although it's not even a conference game I believe the Dolphins want to leave an impression on the ENTIRE league. And I most certainly hope they come out on top but not exhausting themselves at the same time." |

Re: Funny Fin Fan Predictions
I have to defend my fellow FinFans on this. FinHeaven is my home site and if anything we are tarring up the jet/bill fans. First of all how pathetic are their teams that they don't even trash talk their upcoming opponents fan sites? Both of their garbage teams just got man handled by the Dolphins and they have the nerve to come on our site and run their mouths about the Saints?
Thats like Giant fans coming on here and talking trash about what the Dolphins are gonna do to you Sunday. Pretty weak if you as me. |

Re: Funny Fin Fan Predictions
I can't speak to the Giants 'D' but I can tell you the Jets 'D' from what I saw two weeks ago isn't what was advertised. My Fins man handled there D-line all game. I was really expecting this slug fest when we played them and was very surprised how soft their 'D' was.
From what I have seen just in the last few years of the Giants 'D' it's hard to believe there not a tough hard nosed bunch. |

Re: Funny Fin Fan Predictions
If the Saints are not flat this week, which it would be understandable if they are, and if they protect the ball, which they've done very well this year, they will win a tough game against a good Dolphins team. The Dolphins will have success running the ball. The Saints will have success running and passing the ball. The Saints have more talent on both sides of the ball. Not even close. But, as the old saying goes, that's why they play the games.

Re: Funny Fin Fan Predictions
I have been posting a lot on their site today and have been impressed with what I have seen from them and agree they represent themselves well. I have no animosity toward them and think they are like most fans everywhere else hoping their team can produce a win. I am an ex- dolphin fan from the old days. Now will never change from being a Saints fan.
Please hurry up Sunday I want to see how we stack up against this team each week the Saints have shown me we have reason to believe they can adjust to whatever is thrown at them. |
