Re: Funny Fin Fan Predictions

And of course the Giants D-coordinator just came out and said what an idiotic game plan it really was looking back.. He said they would have done things a lot differently, and will do things a lot differently with the game plan if they meet again.

The Saints are running into one of the most physical teams in the NFL in the Miami Dolphins on Sunday. They better be prepared for a war, because Miami will be a lot more up for this one than the Giants were last week.

A. The Dolphins defense is not any better than the Giants.
B. They are actually very similar teams: Strong D line and weak secondary.

How else do you expect to be more successful against us than NYG were?

Rush us and you get burned.
Sit back and you get burned.
Do I really need to name every one of our weapons?

Re: Funny Fin Fan Predictions

I got a prediction...

Drew Brees shoots lighting from his eyes for three straight quarters on the team that passed on him, then takes 1 series in the 4th to piss pure intensity on their charred remains before passing them off to Brunell.

48-10 Santos

Re: Funny Fin Fan Predictions

There are three Dolphins pass-rushers who need to step up and spend an afternoon in the backfield with Saints’ QB Drew Brees on Sunday. Jason Taylor, Cameron Wake, and Joey Porter have got to win their one-on-one matchups enough to knock Brees down and not allow him to get comfortable in the pocket. We can talk about ball-control, the Wildcat, and many other factors heading into this game, but the bottom line is that you can’t make Brees look like a Pro-Bowler – like the Giants did last week.

It’s not just sacks – it’s constant pressure. Brees loves to drop back & throw it down the field… if he has time to throw, he’ll kill you. His skill players are probably the best in the league at making adjustments when the ball’s in the air and coming down with tough catches in tight coverage.

The Saints are 5-0 and coming off an impressive 48-27 victory over the previously unbeaten Giants. Many around the NFL are labeling the Saints as the best team in the league. I know the players are tired of hearing how good New Orleans is – they’re the stat kings of the NFL. Miami needs to go out on the field and do something about it.
The Saints Come Marching Into South Florida

Ummmm, sorry but, the Giants tried everything possible to NOT make Brees look like the Probowler that HE IS.

And we beg you to blitz!! BEG YOU!!

Re: Funny Fin Fan Predictions

Another comment I see over and over is "how well our young corners have played over the last two games".

You played against RYAN FITZPATRICK AND MARK SANCHEZ!!!

C'mon now, if you're going to go that route keep in mind that the vast majority of the Saints INTs and SCKs have come against
Stafford - 1st NFL start
Kolb - 1st NFL start
Sanchez
Edwards - really crappy QB, as well.

You have to admit, the Dolphin fans are not delusional or rude, and do have a vocabulary, unlike the Lions, Giants, and Eagles fans. The 2 guys who have been posting here all week have represented the Phin nation well.
