this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; It depends on your definition of slump. Slump: A span of poor performance by an athlete or a team. 8 turnovers in 2 games is poor performance. Just because we won doesn't mean we played great. Had we played well ...

It depends on your definition of slump.
Slump: A span of poor performance by an athlete or a team. 8 turnovers in 2 games is poor performance. Just because we won doesn't mean we played great. Had we played well both of our last two games would have been major blowouts. Yes, I think we are in a slump, which is a good thing considering we played our C or D game and still won. Imagine if we played our A game, or even our B game. |
