oh, no, Im not jaded at all, Im just as pumped as all the kids--- believe me, Im driving around Houston with a huge shoe-white fleur on the back window of my truck and a big "7-0." I'm sitting in a studio that, before the season started, looks like a black & gold shrine, and I think I've worn my Reggie 3 days this week to work.

I was one of the ones on this board who said before the preseason, that I thought this year was gonna be The Year, when everyone else said, "oh no, you're gonna jinx us, " to which I say, who's scared of a little jinx, when you have a big Curse?

Naa, my point was I've passed the age where I care what sports pundits say. I remember sitting around waiting for them to say something good about us in the old days, like a dog at the table. It is cool to see all this Saints love, even on ESPN, but I'm much more excited just walking down Poydras, enjoying the crush of the Black & Gold victory parade back to the Quarter. I like it when WhoDats pass alongside me on the road, see my Saints stuff and honk at me. And, of course, its great to see this board get pumped up too.
